The Senior Field Services Support Officer / ICT Support Leader contributes to the delivery of high-quality ICT services to NSW public schools and departmental offices through incident diagnosis and resolution for complex issues, together with deployment of the departments standardised infrastructure, hardware and systems. The role provides technical advice in relation to the deployment of standardised ICT products and services to NSW public schools and departmental offices. Working closely with role supervisor, the role contributes to a high performing team setting and acts to ensure excellent customer service and continuous service improvement.

Essential requirements of the role Working with Children Check Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT or equivalent experience. Current Drivers Licence with a good driving history record; willingness to travel as required
Key knowledge and experience Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
