About your role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Adelaide. With an established warm desk, you will focus on placing temporary and permanent business support candidates for the Federal Government sector.

The government team in Adelaide are experts in all aspects of business support recruitment, enabling you to harness the power of the dedicated team of specialist consultants to grow professionally.

As an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition consultant, you will focus on recruiting talent profiles such as; administrators, receptionists, call centre employees and customer service professionals.

Responsibilities include

- End to end recruitment for temporary and permanent employment
- Candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Talent pooling candidates
- Building relationships with external stakeholders
- Account management of Federal Government Departments
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share
- Nurture, network and grow client relationships
- Plan and execute hiring strategies

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a goal-driven, professional recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. Youll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

- You are not afraid to pick up the phone
- Proven experience in building relationships and communicating with external stakeholders
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently
