Our client is a global energy services company and they are looking for multiple Recruitment Coordinators. The successful candidates will be responsible for the end to end national field recruitment and management of the talent pool of the field based staff working within the Australian Operations.

Responsibilities in this role include:

- Collaborating with HR and relevant management to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives. Provide timely advice and action on all recruitment requirements.
- Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Managing advertising campaigns across various media sites and advertising platforms and sourcing experienced candidates through Linkedin, Seek and other job based platforms.
- Write and post job descriptions on the company website, career websites, newspapers and universities boards.
- Coordinate all recruitment processes including Video Pre-screening, Reference Checks, Pre-employment Functional Assessments, issuing & management of both client and onboarding online inductions.
- Manage the candidate experience and expectations throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs and provide timely reporting to Management Team
- Management, assignment and deployment of new employees and casual employee resource pool.
- Liaise directly with Labour Hire providers to ensure timely action on requests for temporary staff.

About you:

- Experience in In-house Recruitment Coordination or as a Recruiter
- Blue Collar or Resources Sector experience
- Experience with the coordination of personnel & workforce mobilisation
- Experience in industrial relations matters including performance management
