Looking for a receptionist to join a Forensic Medicine office in Newcastle on a full-time temporary contract until the end of the year.
What will you be doing?
You will be looking after the reception desk, while also assisting with adminsitrative duties such as compling reports and data entrying medical results. It helps to have an understanding of pathology reports, so this will be highly regarded, but is not necessary.
What do we need from you?
- Available immediately
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to diffuse situations
- Previous experience in a reception/administration based role - Experience in a medical/health environment where you had to read pathology reports is an advantage!
- High attention to detail
- Double covid vaccination
