We have an exciting opportunity for a talented admin professional/Team Coordinator within the real estate industry.

Who youll be working for:
My client is an established real estate agent who specialise in commercial sales, leasing and facilities management. The team is looking for an experienced admin superstar/Team Coordinator to come on board and become the go-to person for all office matters.
About the role:
The role will be Permanent full time, Monday to Friday in the office.
This role will be supporting the National Capital Markets team and is a highly visible role within the organisation.
As Team Coordinator, you will be at the heart of operations, managing day to day office activities and providing crucial administrative support to the management team. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of essential services and regulations in the property sector.
Your experience will see you take ownership of the role, and you will play a vital part in supporting the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support emails and diary of the National Capital Markets team
- Book accurate flight and hotel arrangements in a timely, cost-effective manner for interstate and
international travel bookings for the International Head
- Manage all executive level administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and video/teleconference calls
- Assist in property campaign management including marketing collateral, vendor reports, enquiry
registers and communication with legal teams
- Manage and maintain teams LinkedIn profiles
- Preparation of authorities and heads of agreements
- Communicate with finance to manage all marketing invoices, national team P&L and Work In progress report
- Assist in development of executive level reports and presentations that are required on a weekly,
monthly and quarterly basis
- Adeptly handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests for information on a timely
Requirements:
- Minimum two years high level administrative experience
- High standard of computer proficiency (advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Professionally presented with exceptional interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation
- Diplomacy and discretion, ability to manage sensitive information
- Approachable - be point of contact office managerial matters
