Being renowned within the industry for our reliability and dedication of service, we have increased our market share and are now seeking to employ a hard-working, reliable Roofing Supervisor to join our growing team.
About the office environment:The tempo is full on! If you like a fast-paced work environment with on the fly decision making, this is for you.We arent big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first time around.Every few months we do something fun or goofy or both as a team.
Now, lets talk about the job requirements:You will be responsible for attending various work sites to:supervisor leading hands and teams of qualified roofers/plumbersmeasure and oversee the installation of metal roofing structures, gutters, downpipes, flashings, eaves, box gutters, offsets and rainwater tanksmeasure and supervise installation of metal re-roofs for residential dwellingsplanning and programming of job flow on site with leading handson-site customer communication for job progress and site specifics with residential owners, facility mangers, project managers and buildersdispute resolutionscoping and organisation of rectification of works where necessary
The Ideal Candidate Must be trade qualified in roofing, with experience in supervising construction/roofing teams (mandatory)Knowledge of relevant Codes and StandardsHigh standard and quality of workmanship Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to organise and supervise teamsEWP or Work Safely at Heights CertificateMust have own tools and ladderProfessional can-do attitude
