Your typical duties may include:

- Supporting research and analysis work to capture qualitative data
- Assisting in drafting documentation and reports
- Coordinating and preparing minutes and papers for meetings
- Building and managing stakeholder relationships
- Providing project administrative support to stakeholders
To be successful, you will possess:
- Prevcious experience in government in a similar role
- High-level computing skills, including experience with MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate written minutes and papers.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks against tight timelines with accuracy and attention to detail in an environment open to public scrutiny.
