Our client is a national leader in the medical field and are now seeking immediately available collection officers to join their organisation in a Permanent position to support them with their growing development.
About your new role:
- Recovery of monies following the required legal procedures and relevant legislation
- Provide recommendations to clients on next action and different options available for recovery
- Liaise with clients on a regular basis to report on outstanding matters and obtain further instruction
- Identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Take end to end accountability for accounts which are assigned to you
You will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a collections role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- You will display a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer
- Solutions focused and the ability to make decisions to resolve customer financial situations#
