To help us achieve our plans, we are looking for an Officiating Administrator AO / Summer Series to join our team on a fixed term contract until March 2023.
About the role
Reporting to the Officiating Coordinator, in this role you will: Provide administrative and operational support for officials and relevant event staff for the Australian Open and Summer of Tennis events across the country Work with a variety of events & officiating stakeholders, including individual Tournament Operations staff, Officials, Referees, Chief Umpires and Event Directors on all officiating operations Coordinate Summer of Tennis operations including travel, visa, accommodation, and uniform arrangements Process officiating payroll and issue relevant invoices through TA finances procedures Act as the first point of contact for officials inquires for AO and Summer of Tennis events
About you
What you will bring to the role: Exceptional administrative and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related computer applications including database management Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels Event Operations experience is desirable You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check. Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
