About the role

This role is a great opportunity to utilise your design and creative skills to further develop your career. You will be based in our beautiful central Adelaide or Sydney offices, with flexibility to work from home a few days a week.
Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, the Graphic Designer will deliver design solutions for Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing, Cellar Doors, Direct to Consumer, State Trade Activation Planners and Corporate Communications. In this role you will design point of sale collateral for in-store activations (wobblers, posters, shelf fins, fridge decals etc); design web tiles and online banner adverts to amplify brand and category activations; design print adverts, banners & signage; create visuals to sell-in concepts to key customers; design and maintain annual product portfolio catalogues; support new product development with packaging mock ups and adaptations.
As our Graphic Designer, you will work across our outstanding portfolio of Australian and New Zealand wine brands with a diverse set of creative guidelines as well as the opportunity to design or adapt creative for promotional campaigns.
Key Accountabilities: Use provided campaign key visuals and translate to varied outputs, making adjustments and recommendations to maximise effective messaging for each applicationBecome familiar with brand and campaign guidelines to understand the flavour and character of a brand. Becoming a brand champion to ensure integrity of each brand is maintained in all visualsDevelop compelling visuals to communicate promotional activationsMaintain a high quality of output while meeting expectations of work volume, juggling multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
What youll bring:Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or similar qualification desiredPast experience within a design role desiredCapacity to operate creatively with existing brand & campaign guidelines and experience developing new campaign creativesExperience from design concept to finished materials for print & digital assets (understanding of print set-up requirements and digital specs)A broad portfolio of design projects with a focus on print collateralWell skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat), and able to use Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Strong sense of layout, colour combinations, fonts, and visual communication with an eye for detailExcellent communication and time management skillsGood problem-solving and decision-making skills
