Job Description
- Produce and implement an efficient marketing plan, with effective budget management
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities and initiatives in relation to profitability, customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Devise new strategies and/or corrective measures designed to achieve improved performance
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy with regards to audience preferences and trends
- Create engaging, informative and appealing content to sustain the audience's curiosity and create buzz
- Measure the success of every social media campaign and measure web traffic and monitor SEO
- Develop and lead the organisations' digital marketing strategy and its digital calendar
- Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion
- Produce, develop and implement leading online sales strategies, including: websites, CRM, social & eCommerce
- Formulate and implement all digital marketing and media campaigns including SEO, SEM, Display, Programmatic and Social
- Oversee the performance of CRM and EDM results, set benchmarks & report on opportunities and insights weekly
- Analyse and provide insights around site traffic and other key eCommerce metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to define the strategy for events and the event requirements
- Secure the venue, plan the layout, and liaise with vendors to determine their booth requirements
- Manage the booking and registration of vendors, sponsors, and guests
- Promote the show through marketing channels such as social media, email, and advertising campaigns
The Successful Applicant
- Thorough understanding of Event Coordination & effective Communication Strategies
- Excellent understanding of eCommerce and Social Media platforms
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- 2 + years experience in a similar role
- Degree in Business Marketing or similar
- Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to inspire and influence others, lead by example and having a hands-on mentality
- This position is located in Somerton, Victoria, so you must be within close proximity to Somerton/Northern suburbs
