About you
As a HSIE Teacher, you will be an innovative, highly skilled educator with a distinct focus on quality education and a commitment to differentiated pedagogy.
This position is a temporary full-time position for Terms 1 and 2 to cover maternity leave in 2023.
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate;HSIE teaching qualificationsa commitment to supporting the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist traditioncapacity to facilitate the ongoing development of differentiated pedagogy and assessmentan understanding of and ability to effectively enhance student achievement and performance which is informed by evidence-based approaches and the skilled use of dataability to work and teach as part of a teama willingness to be involved in the Colleges co-curricular activitiesa genuine desire to build genuine and professional relationships, and to promote shared commitment and a sense of alignment with College strategic directions.
You will have attained:a Tertiary qualification in Educationeligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)an Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS.
