About the position:
- Title: Client Service Officer
- AO3 - $44.49 per hour + super
- Based in Fortitude Valley
- Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 4:30PM) no weekends
- 4 weeks contract from the day you start (possibility of extension and progression)
Your responsibilities:
- You will be providing a broad range of applicant, tenancy and property management services and provide advice to customers with complex support needs.
- You will provide excellent customer service over the front counter, digitally, telephone and correspondence.
- You will conduct home visits to properties and investigate and facilitate the resolution of any tenancy disputes and complaints.
- You will be effectively using microsoft products and other IT systems to maintain customer and property records.
About you:
- You must have a valid QLD Drivers License with no conditions and have held it for 12 months.
- You must be able to use basic computer systems, telephones and can adapt quickly to effectively use other computer systems.
- You must be able to talk to customers with authority and confidence whilst in a respective way.
