Your new role
Marketing Executive is responsible forto supporting country campaign launches and programs, including executing local event strategy and operational excellence. The role will Ddevelop and manage campaigns that supports business priorities, including business impactful/campaign aligned plans, process, systems, and digital tools to optimize the customer and partner event experience. Develop local event programs to drive brand awareness, consistency, efficiency, and scale.
Key Duties:
You will be responsible for the following;
- Work with Country Marketing Manager to contribute to the overall marketing strategy and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives that support the country business goals and objectives
- Support country marketing campaign, Assist wider marketing team with executing marketing + GTM strategy to generatecreate marketing qualified leads, acquire prospects and nurture customers through the rollout of overall marketing activities
- Understand market segmentation, who we are and who we are talking to, prepare content that are relevant to the personas and sales segmentation
- Ensure campaign implementation that follow the assigned activities calendar and report the results
- Manage all aspects of our internal, external, in-person and virtual, marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, to ensure our events are well attended, professionally run, on brand and all internal stakeholders are prepared with set expectations.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly progress updates on the status of our internal events including current participation and agendas.
- Align closely with our Sales, Business Development and CS teams on external trade shows to create demand before and after each event.
- Help to ensure our event budget is on-track and quantify the impact of our events.
- Comfortable reporting and tracking metrics associated with marketing events.
- Build overflow paid advertising and email campaigns
Your skills and experience
- 3+years of relevant experience on email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and/or web analytics. Proficient using marketing automation technology and experience with email automations tools
- Proven experience leading projects with no formal authority over the team involved.
- Must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, data driven decision-making and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and the capability to be self-motivated and work independently with initiative and assertiveness.
- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for audiences at all levels.
- High attention to detail
- Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A strong work ethic, with an ability to consistently deliver to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
