The primary functions of the position is to achieve: ...
- profitability and growth by sales and design, gaining specificationswith Engineers, Lighting designers and Architects in Sydney CBD.
- To liaise with electrical contractors, wholesalers and builders to ensure successful win of the orders.
Sales
- Responsible for sales to achieve company budget
- Visit clients and perform detailed presentations
- Educating clients with product knowledge to be specified into projects
- Effective networking
- Travelling to sites and sales conferences
- Complete detailed lighting designs and cost of light calculations
- Dealing with manufacturers - working on price and products for the
- benefit of all
- Prepare sales reports and attend sales meetings
- Liaise with other sales staff as required
- Work with Marketing team on strategy.
- Projects (Commercial)
- Design
- Liaising with the specifiers
- Finding the right solutions for the projects
- Within budget getting products onto the tender packages
- Continually review and enhance processes for operational excellence and increasing customer value Business Processes
- Continual development and improvement of work practices and processes
- Providing input on how to improve the business or value add.
- Actively search out new opportunities in a positive manner.
- Record images of completed projects for promotional purposes.
- Work effectively with team to accomplish organisation goals.
