You will be part of a dynamic and close-knit high performing customer service team who strive to continue revenue growth;
- Provide customer service via phone and email
- Accurately provide clients with project quotes
- Monitore stock allocation prior to new product orders
- Update clients on delivery timeframes on pending orders and backorders
- Follow up suppliers for updates
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Experience in an office based customer service or similar position
- Have the ability to build rapport with customers
- Be able to pick up processes and systems quickly
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
