Your New Role: ...
As the Customer Service Team Lead, you will provide a high level of support and guidance to the Customer Service and Sales teams, whilst managing personal development through coaching and performance reviews.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 10-15.
- Be the main point of contact for escalations or complex enquiries.
- Manage each team member's performance and ensure quality of service is up to standard (KPIs, SLAs, NPS).
- Assisting the team with complex issues including billing, sales and sign ups related to NBN.
- Ensure the team has the appropriate training and resources to perform to the highest level.
- Coordinate daily work-flows and rosters.

About you:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or management role with direct reports.
- A 'can-do' and positive attitude.
- The ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Had exposure to using MS Office.
- Experience working in a Contact Centre environment (desirable, not mandatory).
- Experience working within the Telecommunications industry (desirable, not mandatory).
