I have partnered up with my client who provides national tailored supply chain solutions for the beverage industry across Australia and New Zealand with Best-In-Class warehouse management and distribution services.

The satisfaction of their customers has led to major growth in their company, enabling the formation of a national delivery network. Through their one-stop-shop concept they have since become an instrumental leader in the industry.

Today, my client successfully consolidates products from over 25 different customers, including some of our favourite beverage brands, for distribution across Australia and New Zealand.

THE ROLE (Location: Port Adelaide)

- Functional Prepare the weekly invoicing and supporting documentation required and ensure they are sent to the customer in a timely manner.
- Assist in the follow up of outstanding invoices and statements, and prepare the appropriate documentation for payment
- Investigate account variances and prepare monthly and weekly account reconciliations
- Process purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Assist in collating financial information required for auto accruals.
- Assist in preparing the weekly and monthly standard journals
- Assist with weekly and monthly financial close process and reporting
- Provide back up cover the site administration roles over leave periods (includes payroll data entry)

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your experience in:

- Demonstrated experience in an accounting team environment.
- Teamwork and Diversity works toward common goals in an open and collaborative manner.
- High level of accountability for individual performance.
- A sound ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
- Account support functions - including accounts payable/ receivable, timesheets, payroll processing and invoicing.
- Strong software skills - Advanced Excel Essential
- Experience with complex ERP systems - SAP / Oracle preferred
- Ability to build rapport and effective business relationships within the business and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer skills with the ability to respond to and resolve enquiries
- Strong software skills - Advanced Excel Essential
- Ability to provide timely and quality administrative support
