This organisation is focused on delivering the best customer experience in the market and you will be mentored and developed by a highly experienced National Residential Marketing Manager.As the Marketing Campaign Coordinator Residential Aged Care, you will be supporting the development and implementation of national marketing campaigns that will drive awareness and generate leads for a dedicated team of Customer Communications professionals.
You are a people person who enjoys developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As Marketing Campaign Coordinator you will oversee marketing suppliers to ensure successful implementation of the campaign plan utilising a range of marketing channels and tactics.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
Working with the team to develop and implement campaigns that build awareness and attract potential customers Support market research initiatives to develop consumer insights that drive and guide marketing activity Monitor and manage everyday activities related to national and regional campaigns Coordinate the process of writing briefs, managing quotations, timelines and supplier relationships and delivering campaigns on-time and to budget Coordinate with designers (in-house or outsourced) to develop creative concepts and prepare output in various advert specifications Maintain brand standards and adherence to style guidelines Perform AB testing on campaigns to monitor active campaigns Develop dashboards to monitor and evaluate campaigns Undertake data analysis to recommend changes and optimise campaign activity Update campaign related web pages, websites, online directories, social media and other relevant digital platforms Design, develop, write, edit and produce a variety of marketing items including printed collateral, advertisements, eDMs, expo and exhibition stalls, sales materials and magazines Manage a portfolio of external channels across both print and digital to regularly deploy content and drive engagement Ideally you will be degree qualified in Marketing, Communications or Business related studies and have previous experience in a Marketing Assistant style role. You are seeking a "Customer First" environment where you can develop your skills and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and activities.
