Your new role
This role is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and passionate sales professional, who is looking to build a career within the lending industry.
Your day to day will consist of managing the sale and fulfilment of home loans, generating new business, and developing referral relationships, all whilst maintaining a high level of service across these areas.
This role requires someone who can come in and harness their existing networks and to self-generate new business opportunities. You will be backed by a team of experienced lenders and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business and your own portfolio.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Cert IV in mortgage broking is required (ability to get this prior to commencing in the role if not already obtained)
- 1 - 2 years experience within the residential lending/banking industry is advantageous
- Must possess strong referral network of a few accountants, real estate agents, financial planners etc. to refer business as this is a sales based role with a high emphasis on lead generation
