Wellbeing & Psychological Services
I am looking for an exceptional Project Officer with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for a great contract opportunity.
Reporting to the Lead, Employee Psychological Services, you will provide specialist expertise and high-quality analysis and advice that contributes to the development and implementation of Programs within the Division.
Key Responsibilities: ...
- Prepare briefings, policy papers, submissions on significant issues to senior management
- Manage key projects and programs within the team to ensure they are delivered in scope and on time
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure scope and objectives are undertaken collaboratively, including negotiating and responding to critical issues, budgeting, procurement and report writing
- Manage very sensitive and confidential content that may be encountered due to the nature of the team
Ideally you will possess:
- Experience and a genuine interest in developing skills in wellbeing for employees
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear, succinct manner while considering all stakeholders in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction, independently, or as part of a team
- High level analytical skills to identify, evaluate and address issues and an ability to then plan and manage tasks, research and associated data with due regard to policy and political imperatives of the subject matter
