Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Weekly tracking and performance reporting of Manufacturing Variances and KPIs.
- Production of monthly operations accounts to the group timetable.
- Understand and provide insight into the month's results to the sites and groups.
- Work with Cost Centre Managers to provide relevant information to help them manage.
- Establish budgets and quarterly forecast business plans for each site.
- Provide financial input and support into Site Capital Expenditure Plans and Requests and track local projects through to capitalisation.
- Assist site management to control Inventory and fixed assets.
- Identify and manage Risks & Opportunities to the site P&Ls.
- Identify and facilitate cost saving initiatives and provide support to Site management to calculate and confirm WAVE and other cost saving initiatives projects.
- Support NPD projects by providing insight on Product Cost drivers.
- Establish and maintain Standard Costs for Site inventory.
- Maintain and enhance Internal financial Controls
- Identify weaknesses in site Internal Controls and either seek guidance or implement proper controls to minimise.
- Proactively raise issues and offer solutions that can be utilised across RPFC.
- Proactively participating in improving processes, tools and systems to improve visibility and accountability.

- Analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Identifies issues, proactively finds solutions and sees to completion.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to establish new processes and manage business change
- Experience of QAD an advantage.
- Experience of FMCG an advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite; advanced Excel (pivots).
