job detailsWe are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistants for a range of local, state and federal government departments. These are tempory roles which vary in length.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Diary management; prioritising, managing and coordinating daily schedules from end to end
- Travel arrangements flights, transfers and accommodation
- Schedule and manage administrative and client meetings both phone and video.
- Secretariat support
- Management of emails for two partners, prioritising items and initiating and responding where required. diary
- General administration; filter all telephone calls, ensure readiness of presentation and discussion materials, maintenance of client contact database, maintain appropriate electronic filing systems, mail management, timesheet and expense reconciliation
In order to be considered you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Professional manner and personal presentation
- Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent time management and abilities to prioritise a busy workload.
- Reliable, timely and flexible
- Able to build strong relationships with all levels of staff and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to work under pressure
- Treats confidential information appropriately
- Shows honesty, integrity and respect for others
