We want to help all of our customers with all of their banking. Not just because its better for business but so they make the most of their money too.
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will: Handle transactions and have everyday banking conversations with the customers, Reach out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to the right products as you provide financial advice and seamless service. Build rock-solid relationships, youll make it clear you understand what our customers need today and what their plans are for tomorrow. Take full ownership of customer requests and proactively follow up agreed actions Keep up to date with new banking products and services; their features, benefits and how these can be best offered to existing and potential customers Educating customers on new technologies and tools that will enhance their banking experience Comply with established bank and external policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of bank and client assets and information

What do I need?
Some experience in customer service is a must especially if it involved you putting your passion into making sales as well. Youll be confident to build relationships and then manage them for the long-term. And any business or financial know-how will definitely be an advantage in making exciting things happen for our customers.
