Their products are sold in over 70 countries and utilized in various major industrial markets, including Mining, Oil & Gas, Marine, Defense, Food Processing, Steel, Material Handling, Packaging and many more.
Their team is expanding due to unprecedented growth across Australian industry. As a result, we are looking for a Warehouse / Admin Coordinator to be based at the Newcastle workshop.
This role will focus on administrative duties to support the workflow of the team along with warehousing, logistics and occasionally assisting trades.
Whats involved?

- Raising purchase orders and job packs, ordering parts, invoicing
- Warehousing and parts allocation, picking and packing orders
- Receipt and dispatch of goods
- Loading and unloading trucks, use of a forklift
- Assisting mechanical trades
What were looking for:
- Previous storeperson / warehousing experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Forklift ticket
- Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service skills
- A Can-do attitude and a team player mentality
- Strong attention to detail
- Adept with time management, prioritization of work and able to work autonomously
- Able to pass drug and alcohol screening + medical check
- Excellent work references that can support your application
