Job Description
The Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with new product development and manage current products so they present a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic for their customers.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain and product process.
* Assisting designers with product packaging design and maintenance.
* Handling customer inquiries and collaborating to design bespoke scents.
* Monitoring and evaluating product sales and progress.
* Evaluating stock levels and identifying product needs.
* Researching and contacting potential customers.
* Collaborating with the warehouse to ensure products arrive in good condition.
* Liaising with suppliers for the acquisition of different product parts.
* Upload new products to the internal database.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate:
* 2-3 years' experience in a product development role or equivalent.
* Understanding of supply chain management with overseas organisations is desirable.
* A background in retail or homewares is highly regarded but not essential.
* Experience working with KPI's and working in a fast-paced environment.
* Conviction with their communication and the confidence to reach out to suppliers and customers.
* Highly organised in managing projects and proactive in their approach.
* Energetic and enthusiastic in their approach.
* Adept in Microsoft Office suite.
* Proficiency in Jira or equivalent is desirable.
