DIRECTOR FOOD AND BEVERAGESOFITEL GOLD COAST BROADBEACH
THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Director Food & Beverage to continue to guide the hotel's restaurant, bar and banqueting operation.
Reporting to the General Manager, in this hands-on role you will be integral to the overall department's operations, assisting to oversee all Food and Beverage Departments, balancing guest expectations, ambassadors needs and profitability.
You will be consultative in your approach to working with others which will see you build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business. This professionalism will extend to your team, as you lead, coach and inspire them in a positive workplace culture based on trust, respect and development.
ABOUT YOU Food & Beverage experience in a strategic senior leadership role Minimum 5 years progressive experience in managing a large F&B operation in global key cities Excellent communication and organisational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills A leadership style that is authentic, inspiring, engaging and strategic Demonstrable success in leading and driving engagement, well-being and teamwork
