About our role - We care about others

Community Support Workers in our Aged Care & Disability services offer domestic, social and personal care to members of the community. This is a highly rewarding role which provides care, support and positive relationships to our clients.

Working as a valued member of our team, this role will provide you with security and flexibility in hours and days of work. Community Support Workers form meaningful and supportive relationships that brighten the life of our clients. We are looking for practical people with a 'can-do' attitude who are keen to start building their community service careers today

There are multiple Permanent Part-time positions available for 15 hours per week with the possibility of more hours across the Shoalhaven region.

Pay rates are between $23.84 and $26.73 per hour depending on experience. Travel time, kilometres, superannuation and Salary Packaging are also included on top of hourly rate.

Our requirements to provide care

A Certificate III in a Care related field or working towards A current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check and NDIS Check (or willing to obtain) A driver's licence with an insured vehicle A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others A willingness to give, or experience in providing support to our Aged and Disability clients by assisting with their everyday needs and activities A creative, personable and professional approach to the role Employees are required to have received 3 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine; or has been issued with a Medical Contraindication Certificate on the prescribed NSW Health form, exempting from vaccination.
