Nickel West is a fully integrated mine-to-market business. Our culture is rich with technical know-how, highly efficient and focused on innovation. We are seeking a talented Maintenance Coordinator to join our inclusive and high performing Cliffs Mining operation where you will seek to provide technical expertise on best practice maintenance processes. By identifying and leading continuous improvement projects through investigation and KPI Management, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing maintenance strategies that enable plant safety and reliability.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across all operational areas of Mining, Mobile Maintenance, Processing and Fixed Plant Maintenance. About You

We have a strong focus on finding individuals with the right values and communication skills. In addition to demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, you will have the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution-focused attitude. Your success will be driven by experience in the following areas:

Experience leading Underground MEM teams in a supervisor capacity or equivalent role Trade Qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic or equivalent Working knowledge on underground equipment such as Sandvik drill rigs, Caterpillar loaders and Epiroc trucks Equipment manufacturer experience highly regarded Competency in the use of SAP for maintenance activities Be highly self-motivated and being able to demonstrate a history of continuous improvement Equipment manufacturer experience highly regarded Australian Driver's Licence Location

Nickel West Cliffs is located approximately 375 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. Cliffs underground Nickel Mine is an integral part of Nickel West Leinster comprising of a nickel concentrator and dryer, located 12 kilometres south of Nickel West Mt Keith. Employees at Cliffs reside at the Mt Keith village. There's plenty to keep you entertained in the Mt Keith Village. Take the heat off the day and head to the pool - or join in any number of social activities. As part of our commitment to health and safety Nickel West Cliffs is a smoke free operation and has a clean shaven policy.
