- The HR Officer is also responsible for supporting the provision of HR generalist services to portfolio clients including employee engagement and management, advice on HR policy and procedures, discipline/grievance case management, training & development on HR processes, change management and HR project work, and support to business partners on workforce processes including employee management, industrial matters, recruitment & selection, employment conditions, performance management and workplace matters.
- The HR Officer supports and works closely with HR Business Partners to ensure effective delivery of HR generalist services and business partnerships through strong customer engagement, coaching and developing manager capability.
