Job summary
As an Occupational Therapist in the NDIS team at Altius Group, you will provide a person-centred clinical approach to support our NDIS participants. Altius Group delivers services to participants nationally across Australia, where you'll be based out of our Parramatta or Sydney CBD branch. YOU love working within a friendly, supportive, and collaborative team environment YOU have excellent time management skills and enjoy working autonomously and part of a team. The role you will be doing
Provide NDIS participants support through a range of assessments, interventions, assistive technology prescriptions, ongoing Compacity building therapy and home modifications. Complete case management notes and report writing on participant services. Liaise and collaborate with participants' families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals as required Conduct home visits and visits to the community as required Provide excellent customer service and adhere to all policies and procedures.

To be considered
