The digital screen sector is growing at a rate never seen before! UC has made the bold and strategic decision to be a leader in the future of digital education with research and commercial opportunities in areas such as virtual production, 3D storytelling, virtual and augmented reality and more, all under the banner of the Digital Screen Campus (DSC) programme.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Director to deliver the suite of work establishing DSC's facilities and operations. You will be responsible for building alterations and construction, operating procedures for the commercial and educational functioning of the facilities, as well as contractual and partnership arrangements with the screen industry. You will interact with policy makers and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the academic programmes, as well as being the central point of contact for all relevant technical support providers.
Your highly attuned management skills will see you maintaining strong working relationships with commercial stakeholders to ensure a high delivery of services and realisation of the commercial revenue targets.

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a related role in the tertiary or digital screen sector and have: experience in management with the ability to harvest synergies between ongoing activities risk assessment and management principles and process skills experience developing and implementing action plans, strategies and procedures experience leading a team including ability to lead change report writing skills to develop and deliver succinct project plans and schedules an understanding of the higher education environment, as well as the current and emerging screen industries environment, is an advantage business acumen with strategic ability and budgetary or financial management experience sales, fundraising and marketing experience in the areas of film, television and or game development the ability to network effectively, negotiate well and influence people.
If you have an exemplary track record of management principles and strategy development, the ability to manage professionals and have an inspiring collegial and unifying leadership style with a passion to develop people - come join us!
