Job summary
Queensland Rural and Industry Development AuthorityManagement commitment to strong work/life balance.Plus up to 12.75% employer superannuation (subject to co-contribution).QRIDA is seeking to fill the position of Manager, Program Management within the Program Assurance and Support unit. This will be a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to design and establish project management frameworks and apply recognised project management principles and methodology towards the successful development and implementation of government programs.
As the Manager, Program Management, you will lead the development of frameworks for the monitoring and managing the delivery of government financial assistance programs including identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:Leading the development and continual improvement of project management frameworks for the delivery of government financial assistance programs including grants and loans.Project managing delivery activities associated with QRIDA's administration of financial assistance programs for Government agencies in accordance with service delivery obligations.Liaising with internal business units with external agencies in delivering and managing new and existing programs.

The Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority (QRIDA) is a specialist provider of government financial and advisory support to rural and regional Queensland.
As a statutory body of the Queensland Government we have been helping primary producers and industry recover from natural disaster, improve sustainability and profitability, make a start in business, and overcome difficult conditions, for more than 20 years.
As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
QRIDA is empowered under the Rural and Regional Adjustment Act 1994 to deliver additional programs and services across a range of industry sectors and to local, state and territory governments throughout Australia and for the Australian Government.
