Job Description
As a Manager / Associate Director you will:
- Inspire and energise your team of recruiters, setting a standard of high productivity, and exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for new business with major accounts and secure local / national relationships
- Work autonomously to develop and deliver on a clear growth strategy for your division
- Collaborate with the QLD Leadership team to deliver cross-discipline training workshops
- Have full responsibility for your Team P&L
- Operate as an industry expert in your field, managing the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles helping clients find, hire, and retain quality talent
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- A track record of providing strategic sales solutions to grow revenue
- A track record of developing high performing and diverse recruitment teams
- A commercial mindset and a natural drive for exceptional personal and team performance
