About the role:
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders, developing and maintaining process documentation, change management, and training employees around compliance. They will also ensure the C&I team is compliant with license obligations, industry regulations as well as internal and external policies.
This full-time permanent role is newly created for the team and could be your opportunity to work for one of Australias leading energy providers.
Duties: Develop process documentation to implement legislation, standards, contracts, policy and procedure requirements, quality management and safeguarding practices Document and deliver training to C&I team to roll out new processes or changes Work with internal stakeholders to understand legislative and regulatory compliance obligations and perform an impact assessment for C&I Run quarterly compliance reporting from the billing systems around regulatory thresholds and ensure positive customer outcomes with Account Managers Perform license audits, preparing necessary information for auditors and coordinating with other business units
Skills and experience: Self-starter with previous experience in creating process documentation and training (essential) / experience in compliance, governance and/or risk management (highly desirable) Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective stakeholder management Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
To be successful in this role, you should have strong verbal and written communication, the ability to build robust and trusted relationships within the business and an understanding of the regulatory and legislative language.
