Looking for an exciting opportunity in the New Year to join a group of dynamic vertically integrated family owned businesses focused on supplying quality wholesale and retail meat products transport and farming operations.We are currently seeking an Administration Officer / Personal Assistant to report directly to the owner and senior management in HR and Payroll to provide administrative and executive level support to the owner and senior management.
Open to entry level administration assistance for the right candidate.
The role involves:Executive diary management including customer meeting and appointment schedulingAssisting in meeting preparation of agendas and recording of action itemsPreparing communications and responding when appropriate on behalf of management Organizing travel and itinerariesPreparation of Ad hoc documents and filing. Maintain records & archival systemAd hoc duties as required Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
You will have:Great problem solving skillsRelevant experience in PA supporting tasks at senior level (preferable but not compulsory)Team playerTakes initiative Drivers License and own reliable transportBubbly, assertive and approachableCompetent with office equipmentAccurate and keen eye to detailExceptional experience in people skills and a high level of confidence You have a willingness to learn and ability to multi-task
