HR Partners are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a global consulting company, currently seeking a new Junior HR Advisor to join their growing team in Sydney Australia.
This is a great opportunity for a HR Coordinator looking to take their next step and gain exposure across a diverse range of HR activities including global mobility, advising, employee engagement and performance coaching. The role will have a high level of autonomy whilst working in a supportive team culture.
This is a 12 Month FTC with the opportunity to go permanent. There is the opportunity for this role to be part time (4 days per week).
Key Accountabilities
- Provide operational HR advice to stakeholders and staff incl. Awards, Policies & Procedures and Legislation
- Support with the recruitment processes and on-boarding of new staff members for the business
- Work closely with the Senior HR Consultant to support with employee wellbeing and engagement programs
- Support and assist the global mobility team with assignments to and from ANZ
Key Requirements
- 2+ years working experience in a Human Resources role
- Recognised qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Team player who can work independently
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
