We are not only looking to fill several positions in the delivery of an exciting range of Conferences in 2023.
We are looking for an Office Co-Ordinator to look after reception and day-to-day operations of our busy Head Office. This full-time position based at our vibrant Fitzroy office on Smith St (voted the coolest Street in the world!) . Were looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently, as well as with a team. The successful applicant will be able to manage and prioritise tasks independently to ensure all deadlines are met as well as forecast future requirements. The Office Co-Ordinator will be responsible for maintaining and improving administrative systems, inventory control, answering reception phone calls and general enquiries, and managing logistics of event material.

Responsibilities and Duties include:Manage all incoming telephone calls, dealing with enquiries or directing them appropriatelyPre-event preparation including management of freight, onsite conference records, materials and related requirementsManagement of all aspects of office including ensuring services, stationery and provisions are kept up to dateAnswering all general email enquiriesGreet all office visitors and couriersManage incoming / outgoing mailReview and update web pages as required/directedResponsible for updating online Operational Manual
Skills required:Professional presentation and telephone mannerIntermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook and ExcelAble to work well with others as part of a teamWork with maturity and minimal supervisionExcellent organisational skills, time management skills and ability to multitaskFlexibility of hoursWork well under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail, especially grammar and spellingPositive outlook
