Job Description
This position will primarily be responsible for:
- Providing first line support to clients via email, phone and chat
- Logging service requests within the Service Desk software (ServiceNow)
- Issuing and troubleshooting IT assets; mobile phones, computers and tablets
- Performing level-1 network administrative tasks
- Escalating service desk requests to the appropriate team
- Following up service requests with clients to ensure quality outcomes

- A willingness to learn and implement technical skills
- Able to work as part of a team and independently when required
Technical skills required to perform this role include:
Experience with:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Office 365
- ServiceNow or similar service desk software
- Cisco Phone System
- Configuration Manager Console
