The essential skills and knowledge for this position include the following:
- Proven skills and experience in innovative learning design and the development of student-centred digital learning experiences and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts in the development of learning design plans, learning resources and digital content.
- Demonstrated experience in designing assessments and learning resources against competency standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multi- disciplined team in the planning and undertaking of concurrent activities.
- Proven working knowledge and understanding of ADDIE, learning theories and digital learning principles.
- Proven working knowledge and understanding of copyright legislation and regulations.
- Ability to assess priorities, exercise discretionary judgment and negotiate for positive outcomes.
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification in education
- Worked on similar responsibilities
- Experience with RTO units in the Vocational Education Sector (VET)
- Must have a current working with children check
The following skills and knowledge would be desirable, but not essential:
- Proven ability to develop digital learning content in a Moodle based environment or similar Learning Management System.
