Job Description
- Maintain all vehicle status, files and records, including Fleet and/or Equipment Management Information Systems in an up-to-date and accurate manner to improve the efficiency of day-to-day activities
- Prepare vehicles and equipment for operational response ensuring equipment is complete and vehicle is clean
- Assist in the planning, coordination, deployment and stocktake of operational vehicles and equipment as required
- Conduct vehicle commissioning and decommissioning in accordance with the relevant process
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience working in a comparative fleet or logistics environment involving the coordination of a small site with key focus on critical timelines and quality of services provided (desirable)
* Knowledge of medical equipment including its practical application (desirable)
* Influencing skills to gain the acceptance and support of ideas and the cooperation of others, whilst having the ability to modify styles and techniques to accommodate tasks, situations and individuals
* Required Victorian Driver Licence
* Willingness to work shift work and to be rostered on-call as required
