Full time/ Part time Administration AssistantAquest plumbing is a Family-owned business based in Peakhurst and has been operating since 2018. Due to new contracts and expanding plumbing team, Aquest is seeking a new Administration Assistant to assist with the growing plumbing company.
Working closely with the Directors and officer manager you will be responsible for a range of duties which will include-Emails to clients and suppliersReceiving job orders and input into our job management ProgramScheduling plumbers and apprenticesReconciling supplier invoices to JobsAssisting Directors with day-to-day operationsOrdering materials with SuppliersWorking with AroFlo (Job management program)Assisting with inductions for new sites for workersApplications for site cardsAnd Much Much more!
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:Strong command of English both written and oralAppreciation for presentationMust have excellent attention to detailHave a high level of computer skills and proficiency in MS OfficeDemonstrate ability to work in a team and relate easily with people at all levels in the organisationAbove all, you will need a happy, positive and a can-do attitudeAroflo experience is a BonusWorking with Xero accounting
