Job Description
- Receiving and handling requests for technical support and providing information to enable incident resolution
- Maintaining operational support documentation
- Have strong communication with clients and other business stakeholders and to identify relevant policies and procedures and apply them when responding to requests and resolving issues
- Making use of a wide range of infrastructure types across a broad range of business units
The Successful Applicant
- Desktop support and/or System administration experience
- Experience in supporting unified desktop security management including Application Control, desktop 3rd party application patching, OS patching, CIS compliance, SOE building, O365 intune, PowerBI dashboard building etc
- Have strong organisation and time-management skills
- Experience in Essential 8 program, ideally on a large-scale project
- Have knowledge of basic IT service management concepts (such as ITIL) and IT security
