About Our ClientOur client is a leading accountancy firm with a strong presence in Australia. They are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and excellent technical support skills to join their team on a three month contract with a view to go permanent.
Job Description
- Take incoming calls from the business for IT Support
- Provide Desktop Support to staff remotely and on-site when necessary
- Prompt response to staff requests and on-going management of tickets
- Setup and maintenance of business equipment (PC's, Tablets, Phones etc)
- Troubleshooting PC, Printer and Network issues
- Remote deployment of software changes across the business
- Document IT Procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Great phone manner and proven ability to build relationships
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products, including Office 365
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing ticketing software systems
- Proven experience providing 2 support
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
