APS6 - Business Analyst : - $60.26ph + 10.5% Super & 12 months initial contract (Job 107999D) (with extension option)

Salesforce experience, as would knowledge of assistive technology such as JAWs, ZoomText and Dragon
The qualities of a hybrid Service Designer/Business Analyst
Internal experience where possible, or someone with business knowledge who is keen to learn how to be a Business Analyst but comes with engagement and business knowledge.
Some of the responsibilities in this role include (but are not limited to):
- Producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
- Coordinating divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance.
- Developing business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.
- Translating business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements including efficiency, improvement and performance outcomes to optimise customer experience.
