Job Description
- Advanced understanding of organisational change management processes and practices and proven application of change management methodologies and principles.
- Knowledge and skills in stakeholder management, strategic communications, change management planning, governance, strategy, engagement, business impact analysis, and business readiness
- Demonstrated track record of managing and leading end-to-end change management and strategic communication in large, complex organisations.
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders across levels and build strong working relationships.
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity and to learn quickly.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced environment, as well as work as part of a maturing team.
- Experience in establishing change and communication governance
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in establishing OCM framework and methodology in an EPMO
