They are experiencing significant growth, and currently recruiting for an experienced high performing and results driven Account Manager. As the Account Manager, you will help manage overall Sales in a set Territory in the Sydney market looking after existing and new customers across the Food service channel.
Job Description
As the Account Manager Food Service your key responsibility will be the managing the key End-User and wholesale customers in a defined territory. This role is accountable for the delivery of maintaining and growing key end user's business through activating New Lines along with core business for the assigned territory and maximising territory distribution. As the company is experiencing significant growth in Australia, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in this exciting growth chapter ahead. You will also play an active role in the strategic introduction of business and new product categories to the market by liaising with key stakeholders internally and externally. You will play an integral part in the management of key accounts and build strong relationships with key End-Users. You will drive these business development accounts, helping to drive sales performance and innovation across the organisation in the NSW market.
The Successful Applicant
- The ideal candidate with have a proven sales track record as a business development manager or similar position for an organisation within the FMCG Food service and Retail sector.
- You will ideally have proven Account Management experience.
- You will be a results driven sales professional who is keen to work closely with motivated leadership teams internally to understand products, marketing and business objectives and help implement targeted Sales Strategy.
- A high performing sales professional with a track record of strong business development experience who can build on new and existing relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will be a strong team player who will actively contribute to the growth of the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You will play an integral part in enhancing the growth of the Food service business. A Sales professional who can be a true partner to the business and be results & outcome driven.
- Build strong direct relationships with key foodservice customers
