Your new role
Responsibilities include:
- Providing general customer service
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails
- Greet visiting customers face to face
- Process customer orders
- Building customer relationships
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries
- Maintain and update client databases
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ability to work well in busy environments and with time constraints
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
