The Opportunity

Design Show Australia and ArchiBuild Expo is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join the Built Environment portfolio in our Gold Coast office. Working within the marketing team, you will gain experience across all facets of marketing whilst promoting our national B2B trade show events which connect premium suppliers with interior designers, architects, specifiers and other industry professionals.

ResponsibilitiesManage our exhibitor and speaker assets portalsBuild relationships with exhibitors and partners and ensure that they effectively promote their presence at eventsAssist with the set up and send of marketing emails, including cleaning and uploading of dataAssist in the creation and design of marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and brochuresOversee social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries and building new followersMaintain and update the events website, including creating and editing content, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-dateCompiling data to assist in analysing campaign performanceSupport delegate team in matchmaking and VIP campaignsMonitoring event marketing inboxes and ensuring timely responseEnsure that event listings on partner websites and completed are maintained year roundLiaise with event and media partners to ensure that all deliverables are actioned on-timeAttend events to assist with on-site promotion and marketing effortsStay informed of industry trends and developments to ensure that the company's marketing efforts are current and effective.

To be considered for the role you will ideally have;Ambition and drive to progress your marketing careerA passion for the Built Environment - Interior Design, Architecture and BuildingQualifications in marketing or a related field1 - 2 years' experience in a relevant marketing role (graduates with stand-out initiative and ambition will be considered)A strong understanding of B2B marketing desirableImpeccable time management and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress and EDM platformsA proactive, can-do attitude towards all tasks.
