About Our ClientAs our Senior Business Improvement Analyst, you will work with a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of the IVMS project. You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient and sustainable processes to manage the IVMS. You will work closely with stakeholders, from drivers up to PM level, to solve technical and operational challenges quickly, ensuring timely delivery of the new IVMS.
Job Description
- Quickly solve technical and operational issues to keep the project on schedule.
- develop and implement efficient and sustainable processes to manage the IVMS (including reporting, governance, installation, system configuration, and quality control processes)
- develop change management communications and training programs
- identify bottlenecks, and quickly implement solutions
- process optimisation and using cost reduction strategies
- Some travel will be required (interstate - 1-2 times per month)
The Successful Applicant
- High level of investigative, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep things on track and on schedule
- High level of interpersonal skills to communicate and influence change with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing new processes and procedures and training
- Change management experience with demonstrated success in integrating new processes and initiatives into operational activities
- Results focused, with experience identifying and managing risks to ensure project delivery
- Strong ability to quickly learn.
